All You Need to Know About Me
In 2014, I took my first steps into the world of digital advertising, enrolling as an apprentice at M2M. It was during this time, my knowledge of ad operations began to develop, I was responsible for ensuring the creatives we received were to spec, trafficking campaigns on the ad server, distributing ad tags to partners and ensuring successful go live.

After 3 years, I was ready to progress my career and in 2017 I moved to mSix, transitioning into a programmatic display role. Managing campaigns, creating audiences and governing brand safety settings on the demand-side platform (DSP). I further evolved my skill set to incorporate website analytics, this allowed me to connect the dots between how users were engaging with digital advertising and the subsequent actions they took on the client’s website. Thereafter, I would have a brief exposure to email marketing, marketing automation and identity resolution.

A route into Big Tech emerged after 6 years working for media agencies, when in 2020, Salesforce presented the perfect opportunity for me to culminate all I had learned about ad tech. In this role, I would learn data visualisation techniques and methods to harmonise multiple data sets, to provide clients with strategic guidance to tell data-driven stories through reporting dashboards on the Datorama product.

I then seized a further opportunity at another Big Tech juggernaut, joining Meta in 2022. Here my focus would shift to supporting clients with technical troubleshooting services, gaining a deeper understanding of the mechanics behind paid social advertising, aligning dynamic ad catalogues with the corresponding products on the client’s website/app, mobile measurement through software development kit (SDK) and server-to-server (S2S) integrations.
